RICCC (Rudraksh International Cooperation & Convention Centre) which has been constructed by Japan’s grant aid through Japan International Cooperation Agency (JICA), was inaugurated in the city of Varanasi on 15th July by honourable prime minister of India. Also known as Varanasi international convention centre, it is conceptualized by the Government of India as a core base for cultural and artistic activities and the promotion of people-to-people exchange. RICCC has a main auditorium hall with a seating capacity of 1,200 people and multiple conference halls, green rooms and other convention facilities including the basement parking for 120 cars. All the venues are planned considering a design conscious high tech facility which is equipped with the latest stage, lights and sound systems, hi-speed internet, and a world class audio visual (AV) setup that supports every meeting aspiration with convenience to the delegates. It is pleasure to share that RICCC is fully operational and ready to host the events at the oldest living city of the world, Varanasi. The centre has successfully executed seminars, association and cultural events since the inauguration that are appreciated by the organizers with respect to both hard and soft infrastructure.
