FHRAI is the world’s third largest Federation and is playing a proactive role in the development of India’s tourism. Founded in 1955 by the legendary Late Rai Bahadur M S Oberoi, it is India’s premier Hotel & Restaurant Association with a direct membership of over 3200 organizations from both the private and public sectors. Through its Regional Associations and Associates, it represents 100,000 Hotels and Restaurants all over India.

FHRAI provides an interface between the Hospitality Industry, Political Leadership, Academics, International Associations and other Stake Holders.

FHRAI is committed to promote and protect the interests of the Hospitality Industry by actively seeking better privileges and more concessions for the Industry.
